Provided you place your order before 1pm, our standard delivery is next business day by 1pm guaranteed* or choose an alternative date in the next 7 days if you prefer. Members pay nothing for the first three deliveries whereas guests pay a one-off postage and packing fee that varies according to the amount ordered. Currency is dispatched in plain grey packaging with nothing to indicate what the contents are. Orders are dispatched from our secure distribution centre which handles hundreds of deliveries daily. We use discreet plain grey packaging which gives no indication as to the contents. Our distribution centre in Central London is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Authorised Payments Institution and registered as a Money Service Business with HMRC. The actual provision of travel money (also known as "cash FX") is not regulated by the FCA.
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next business day*, or pay a supplement for a 9am delivery. Royal Mail handles thousands of high value Special Deliveries every day to strict 9am or 1pm deadlines, Monday to Saturday. Your travel money is fully insured, right to your front door, for complete peace of mind.
We use only ‘A’ grade notes with minimal rips and tears which might prevent them from being accepted overseas. They are also fully-screened so you can be confident of no embarrassing counterfeits.

Members - Members benefit from having three deliveries included in the annual membership fee so there’s nothing extra to pay. Additional deliveries during each membership year are charged at standard Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed retail prices.
Guests - Guests pay a one-off postage and packing fee for every order depending on the order value which is clearly shown before you confirm your order.
For orders placed before 1pm*, our standard delivery is 1pm next business day, Monday to Friday, but if you’d prefer you can pay a supplement for a 9am and Saturday delivery. This applies to 95% of our currencies but there are a handful where a two day delivery applies.
However if you prefer you can also choose an alternative date in the following 7 days that would suit you better.
Your currency is fully insured right to your front door for complete peace of mind, so you don't have to worry about it getting lost or stolen on the way home.
